Cancellation Policy

Bookings: Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting the next client. The full session fee will still apply. Refunds: Completed sessions and missed appointments are non-refundable. Changes by Practitioner: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time. Health & Well-Being: Please inform your practitioner of any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, injuries, medications, or changes in your well-being that may affect your session. Personal Responsibility: Our wellness and energy work services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
